libgl1-fglrx-glx software package provides proprietary libGL for the non-free ATI/AMD RadeonHD display driver, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgl1-fglrx-glx
libgl1-fglrx-glx is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgl1-fglrx-glx package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgl1-fglrx-glx *
You will get with libgl1-fglrx-glx package name, version, architecture and description in a table
